60-Year-Old Sergey Balayan was killed today in Artsakh’s Aknaghbyur village as a result of Azerbaijan’s indiscriminate shelling of civilians. Six other civilians were also wounded, per Artak Beklaryan, Human Rights Defender, Ombudsman of Artsakh.
