Today, President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan convened a working meeting to discuss the mechanisms of state support to be provided to the local population to overcome the post-war social situation.
His post reads as follows:
“Dear compatriots,
Convened today an extended working consultation to discuss the mechanisms of state support to be provided to the population aimed at overcoming the socio-economic situation of the post-war period.
The following decisions were made:
A. In the coming year, all utilities (natural gas, electricity, water, etc.) and communication services (mobile and fixed connections, the Internet) will be provided to the population free of charge, within reasonable volumes.
B. Indigent families, whose minimum income per capita is less than AMD 60 thousand, will be provided with a relevant financial support.
C. Citizens who have been left homeless will receive a one-time state subsidy in the amount of AMD 300 thousand per capita.
D. Reconstruction of residential buildings damaged in the aftermath of the military activities will be launched in the coming days.
I also instructed to solve all infrastructure problems within a short timeframe.”
