During a briefing, representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Major General Igor Konashenkov said the ceasefire regime is being maintained along the entire length of the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh, per Russian RIA Novosti news agency.

“Today, on November 12, the primary units of the Russian peacekeeping troops started performing the tasks for monitoring the agreements on ceasefire and hostilities in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. The ceasefire is being maintained along the entire length of the line of contact. The peacekeeping battalion of the 15th motor-rifle brigade marched and entered the city of Stepanakert at 17:00,” the press release reads.

Ten observation posts have been deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh and along the length of the line of contact of the parties in the Lachin corridor.
