Today, on September 28, at around 12:00, the registration of volunteers to take part in the war effort to defend Artsakh have kicked off at the Gharslyan stadium in Ninotsminda, Javakhk.
It should be noted that today at around 15:00 the registration of volunteers also took place in Akhalkalak stadium.
