On July 24th, four Armenians from Glendale, Arsham Hayrikian, Alan Bagatourian, Artin Pashai, Andre Andreas climbed to the top of Mt. Whitney, the highest point in the contiguous U.S.A., Arsham Hayrikian informs Zartonk Media.

They hiked 22 miles w/ a 6,700 ft elevation gain to 14,508 ft. They began their journey at  2:30am and had a total hike time of 12 hours. This happened the same day Edgar Beklaryan reached the peak of Mt. Elbrus. Hayrikian informs Zartonk Media that they dedicated the climb to the soldiers in Artsakh.
