HomelandPoliticsArmenia PM: Government is Doing Everything It Can To Avoid A Crisis.

The situation in the country is tense, and the government is doing everything it can to avoid a crisis, but the characteristic of the coronavirus is that, unfortunately, there are many patients who receive intensive care and die. This is what Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a briefing following the remote session of the Commandant’s Office for the state of emergency. The briefing is taking place at the governmental mansion.

“The coronavirus is a very serious illness, and our objective is to treat it very seriously. This is what the second wave was about, meaning we are seeing the growth of cases after certain reduction of the number of cases. We need to do everything we can to make sure the second wave is under control,” Pashinyan said.
