Located in the heart of Yerevan, Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin has redefined luxury hospitality in Armenia by combining high-end accommodations with immersive dining, entertainment, and event experiences. The complex is today regarded as one of the most distinctive hotel destinations not only in Armenia, but also within the broader European hospitality landscape. The property is known for its distinctive concept, premium service standards, and its role as a destination not only for travelers, but also for major conferences, cultural events, and high-profile gatherings.

“I don’t quit until the results match my vision,” said Artak Tovmasyan, Owner and Chairman of Seven Visions and Chairman of the Board of Dvin Hotel Complex. He noted that the resort’s achievements are the result of nearly a decade of sustained work and long-term planning. “Such complexes are formed over dozens of years. We will continue to expand the infrastructure with innovative solutions so that every visitor here will receive something that has not yet been seen in the world,” Tovmasyan said.

“I believe real success is built quietly, when discipline becomes culture and responsibility becomes personal,” said Syuzan Arakelyan, General Manager, highlighting the internal standards and team culture that continue to drive the property’s achievements.

With international recognition continuing to grow, Seven Visions Resort & Places, The Dvin stands as a symbol of Armenia’s rising presence in the global luxury hospitality industry, setting new benchmarks for excellence in the region and beyond.
