Attorney Rob Terziyan Launches WANT MY LAWYER And DOCTOR in Los Angeles, Setting a Bold New Standard in Law, Medicine And Human Performance

NewsDiasporaAttorney Rob Terziyan Launches WANT MY LAWYER And DOCTOR in Los Angeles, Setting a Bold New Standard in Law, Medicine And Human Performance

In a city known for its saturated legal and medical industries, Armenian-American attorney and founder Rob Terziyan, Esq. is launching something profoundly different. His newly unveiled venture, W Companies, is redefining what it means to be a modern professional — blending legal and medical excellence with wellness, high performance, and public education.

W Companies is built on four integrated pillars: WANT MY LAWYER (legal advocacy), WANT MY DOCTOR (medical guidance),  W Facility (a private performance and recovery gym), and W Institute (student mentorship). Together, they form a groundbreaking ecosystem where lawyers and doctors don’t just serve — they train, heal, and educate as one unified team.

“I grew up watching my own family struggle to get the care and representation they deserved,” says Terziyan. “This isn’t just a company — it’s a promise that we can raise the standard. And we start by raising our own.”

Armenian Roots, Global Vision

As the son of Armenian immigrants, Terziyan’s personal journey informs the entire philosophy behind W Companies. After years navigating broken systems — both legal and medical — his solution wasn’t to reform from within. It was to build new institutions from the ground up.

His own transformation began when he committed to eliminating alcohol, eating whole, and training daily. That physical and mental shift became the model for how he believes lawyers and doctors should operate to best serve the community: prepared, present, and performing at their highest level.

With this mindset shift, Terziyan spent 2025 seeking out like minded individuals. Earlier in the year, he met Steve Vartazarian, Esq., one of the most notable attorneys in California, named 2019 Trial Lawyer of the Year and in the same year, obtaining what is believed to be the highest pain and suffering jury verdict for a single plaintiff in California history. With alignment and conversations, the two decided to elevate the personal injury field, together. Along the same journey, Terziyan attracted dozens of trial lawyers and specialized doctors, operating on the same frequency.

With the same goals, each one of the lawyers and doctors created what W is today.

WANTMYLAWYER, Monika Zadori, Esq. leads W’s Criminal Law division, with Kristina Terzyan, Esq. as lead of Property Law, and Melanie Minas, Esq., as the companies Family Lawyer.

WANTMYDOCTOR, Arman Danielian, M.D. heads Facial Plastic Surgery, with Artin Galoosian, M.D. leading Gastroenterology, Marie Danielian, Pharm.D., as the companies Research Pharmacist, Delilah Simon, N.D., as the Naturopathic Doctor lead, Christina Soibatian, Ph.D. as the companies lead Psychologist, Lilit Oganessian DVM, as the Veterinarian, Sam Duzaryan, D.C. heading Chiropractic division, Saro Babaian, DMD, as the company Dentist, and Alec Baktamian, D.O leading Regenerative & Osteopathic Medicine.

The W Facility: Where Lawyers & Doctors Train Together

At the heart of the W ecosystem is W Facility — a state-of-the-art private performance gym where the WTeam, comprised of lawyers and doctors, train under integrative coach Alex Garibyan, CMT, CPT, HLC, CAFS. They follow a system of performance-minded, science-driven wellness that includes prehab, rehab, regenerative medicine, and mental clarity protocols.

“Winning Heals Everything” isn’t just a slogan — it’s a system. Every member of the team operates with the belief that professional results are driven by personal discipline.

Public-Facing, Education-Driven

Through WANT MY LAWYER and WANT MY DOCTOR, W Companies produces short-form educational content across social media. Weekly videos feature Armenian lawyers and doctors offering clear, practical insights on topics ranging from personal injury claims to preventative health.

In a partnership with Zartonk Media, W Companies will also host the platform’s official legal and medical opinion editorial segments. Every Tuesday and Thursday, Zartonk will release highlight clips featuring WTeam professionals delivering timely analysis on trending legal and health issues — cutting through misinformation with expert clarity.

“This is what it looks like when Armenian-founded companies go beyond success,” says Zaven Keuroghlian, CEO of Zartonk Media. “They create impact.”

The W Institute: Where W’s Lawyers & Doctors Mentor the Future: Students

The foundation of the WTeam is giving to the community. With this ethos, the newest initiative is W Institute, guiding and mentoring students in medical school and law school. Terziyan faced many challenges post-graduation that institutions don’t equip students for, and he strives to bridge that gap. “Because when the stakes are high, the people don’t need someone who just passed. They need someone who’s prepared,” Terziyan says. The students in law and med that joined W courageously from the start are Gevork Arzumanyan, DPT – Candidate, Manouk Manoukian, M.D. – Candidate, and Michelle Tahmasian, J.D. – Candidate.

Coffee, Culture & The Winners Circle

Beyond training and education, W Companies focuses on connection and culture. Through a partnership with Unincorporated Coffee, the initiative Fuel for Professionals hosts cupping days and team reset sessions to recharge mentally, physically, and socially.

“We don’t burn out. We reset. Together,” Terziyan says. “Because the people who depend on us deserve the best version of us.”
