Henrikh Mkhitaryan, former captain of the Armenian national football team and Inter Milan midfielder, has called on Armenians to join the annual torchlight procession in Yerevan, commemorating the victims of the Armenian Genocide. This year marks the 110th anniversary of the genocide, with the procession scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, at 7:15 p.m. in Republic Square, Yerevan.

The event is organized by the Youth Union and the Nikol Aghbalyan Student Union of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Dashnaktsutyun Party of Armenia.
