“The Russian-Turkish ceasefire monitoring center is actively operating. This is a serious guarantee for stability in the region & for the parties to reach an agreement on the future for reconciliation,” said Russian President Vladimir Putin while meeting with Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi, reports News.am.
