Azerbaijani Armed Forces burn Artsakh’s Aknaghbyur village, per Artak Beklaryan, Human Rights Defender, Ombudsman of Artsakh.
“It’s their style of war as there are many proofs that wherever they enter, immediately burn the houses. Azerbaijan continues heavy War Crimes as the international community continues staying blind/incapable,” said Beklaryan.
