Today, 3 Armenian women were wounded from Azerbaijani cluster missile strikes on Nngi village of Martuni region, per Artsakh’s Human Rights Ombudsman.

There are no military objects near the community. It is prohibited to use wide-range cluster missiles in densely populated areas. Azerbaijan had criminal intent to target civilian people and objects.
