Today, Congressman Grace Napolitano submitted a statement to the U.S. House of Representatives calling for the recognition of Artsakh, reported the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA).

“The path forward is one of liberty, which is why I am today calling for official U.S. recognition of the Republic of Artsakh’s independence,” says Napolitano.
