“Yesterday I was busy all day denying the news about the resignation of the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan. However, it turns out that some media outlets do not rest on their laurels, spreading more “perfected” lies with each other,” said Alina Nikoghosyan, spokesperson of the Ministry of Health of Armenia.

“First of all, let’s start with the fact that the coronavirus situation in Armenia remains stable, the cases have started to decrease a little and the situation is completely under control. The Minister has been working 24/7 for the last six months and can take advantage of his available annual leave. Let me add that he will be in Armenia,” added Nikoghosyan.

“Arsen Torosyan has not submitted his resignation and is not going to. After the vacation, the minister will return to normal work,” she conclude.
