On April 20, at around 3:00 p.m., Azerbaijani Armed Forces fired at an Armenian residential home on Vagharshyan Street in Stepanakert, reports Hetq.

The shots were fired in the direction of Artsakh’s Mkhitarashen and Shosh villages.

Khachatur Munchyan and his two children, Armen and Ashot, were home at the time of the shooting, said Karine Munchyan. The Munchyan family lived in Shushi before the war.

Russian peacekeepers and police officers visited the family, the authorities took the bullet with them which was fired from an AK weapon, according to Khachatur Munchyan.

Hetq also visited the village of Shosh. The mayor of the village, Erik Abrahamyan, confirmed that on April 20, around 3:00 p.m., shots were heard in two villages, Mkhitarashen and Shosh, for about 15 – 20 minutes.

Hunan Tadevosyan, Head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Ministry, told us that an investigation is underway into the shooting at Vagharshyan Street in Stepanakert.
