“If the Armenian Foreign Minister or other high-ranking officials of Armenia will visit Karabakh again illegally, Azerbaijan has the right to use its sovereign right to destroy them by air fire,” said Ahmad Shahidov, Azerbaijan’s Human Right Defender in a Twitter post.
