Another convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry with humanitarian aid arrived in Stepanakert on Tuesday, reported by TASS.

The column was formed in Rostov-on-Don. Twenty departmental Kamaz trucks delivered 300 tons of building materials: timber, glass and slabs. These materials will be used in the restoration of residential buildings and infrastructure of Nagorno-Karabakh. Already on Tuesday, part of the brought glass will be delivered to Stepanakert’s workshops, where it will be cut for glazing buildings. The rest of the glass will be delivered on Wednesday to Martuni, Martakert and Askeran regions.

Sergei Golovach, deputy head of the Donskoy Rescue Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, told reporters who arrived with a convoy that the cars covered 1,700 kilometers. “The route was the easiest, but the personnel coped with the task. The difficulty was in the long passage, passes, ascents and descents. There were three nights on the way. he said.

On November 21, the first convoy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in five vehicles delivered 45 tons of building materials to Stepanakert.
