In the village of Kartsakh in the Akhalkalak region of Javakhk, Georgia, the Armenians of Javakhk blocked the Georgia-Turkey interstate road. They prohibit the movement of trucks. According to the people blocking the road, Turkey is supplying weapons to Azerbaijan through this road. Incumbent member of the Georgian parliament Samvel Manukyan is in Kartsakh, as is former MP Samvel Petrosyan. The police have mobilized on the spot.
