Samvel Babayan, Secretary of Artsakh’s Security Council has announced that 10 Armenian soldiers have been killed in the battles caused by the Azerbaijani offensive that started earlier this morning.
Among the deaths of the 10 soldiers, a mother and her child were killed from Azeri shelling in Martuni.
