The American University of Armenia (AUA) opened its doors on September 21, 1991.
For 35 years, AUA has educated students who have gone on to lead companies, strengthen public institutions, advance scientific research, and shape public policy in Armenia and around the world. These alumni represent only a small sample of nearly 8,000 graduates whose work reflects AUA’s impact across business, technology, healthcare, engineering, education, public service, and more.
