Zartonk Media has officially launched Shop Zartonk, a new platform and marketplace designed to support Armenian photographers through museum-quality prints that bring the landscapes, cities, and identity of Armenia into homes and spaces around the world.
The platform launches with an initial collection featuring three Armenian photographers—Gev Avetisyan, Davit Hakobyan, and Krikor Sahagian—each selected for their distinct perspective, experience, and ability to capture Armenia as it is lived today. From emerging visual storytellers to established professionals, the collection reflects a balance of voices shaping how Armenia is seen and documented.

Shop Zartonk operates as both a curated platform and an open marketplace. While the initial launch features a limited group of photographers, Zartonk is now opening submissions to Armenian creators worldwide. Photographers and visual artists will be able to apply for inclusion, with all work undergoing a review and approval process to maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with the platform’s vision.
The goal is to build a growing, sustainable ecosystem where Armenian creative work can be distributed globally and supported at scale.
The launch comes as part of Zartonk Media’s broader expansion into Armenian Heritage Month, a month-long initiative focused on remembering, educating, and strengthening Armenian identity through consistent storytelling, cultural visibility, and community-driven efforts.
While Zartonk Media has built one of the largest independent Armenian digital platforms, Shop Zartonk represents a shift toward physical and economic infrastructure, creating a system where Armenian identity is not only seen, but owned, displayed, and supported.
