Russian-Armenian figure skater Adeliia Petrosian delivered a clean short program at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, scoring 72.89 points to place fifth and qualify for the free skate.

Petrosian cleanly executed a double Axel, triple Lutz, and a triple flip-triple toe loop combination, earning the best short program score of her senior career.

The International Skating Union (ISU) highlighted Petrosian’s performance on its official social media, posting a clip from her Michael Jackson-inspired program.

Petrosian is competing under neutral status due to Russia’s ongoing Olympic ban. She is set to skate her free program on February 19.
