Armenia’s national pavilion has been awarded the “Best Stand” prize at Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris, one of Europe’s largest textile and apparel sourcing exhibitions. This marks the first time Armenia has participated in the fair with a unified national pavilion.
From September 15–17, eleven Armenian apparel and textile companies showcased their products under the “ARMENIA” pavilion. The initiative was organized with the support of the Armenian Ministry of Economy and co-financed by the European Union through the International Trade Centre’s (ITC) “Building Sustainable Apparel and Agribusiness Value Chains in Armenia” program.
Armenian producers presented a wide range of garments and textile products, aiming to attract buyers, expand exports, and build long-term partnerships with international clients. On September 17, Arman Khachatryan, Armenia’s Ambassador to France, visited the pavilion, toured the stands, and spoke with company representatives about their production capabilities and export goals. Discussions also focused on establishing partnerships with French companies and strengthening Armenia’s presence in the French and broader European markets.
This year’s Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris gathered more than 1,260 exhibitors from 32 countries, bringing together textile manufacturers, designers, and sourcing specialists from across the world. The exhibition provided a platform for Armenian producers to highlight their competitive, high-quality products and explore new opportunities for growth.
