Robert Kocharyan, the Second President of Armenia, leader of the Hayastan Dashinq said he will make an offer to former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan in the event of the Hayastan Dashinq’s victory in the upcoming parliamentary elections, during an interview with Russian RIA Novosti news agency.
When asked “Is the return of Karen Karapetyan possible? If so, in what status?” Kocharyan said the following:
“We communicate on a regular basis. I simply regret the fact that he left. I believe what happened back then was wrong. In any case, I will make him an offer,” he said.
When asked if this is under consideration, Kocharyan said it would be better to not discuss this now.
