Netflix’s The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 has premiered, featuring three Armenian actors in key roles: Roman Mitichyan as Aram, Edgar Damatian as Hayk, and Michael Goorjian, who first joined the series in Season 2 as Alex Grant and now returns in Season 4 as Alex (Grant) Gazarian, reports the Armenian Film Society. It marks a notable moment for Armenian representation on a major streaming series, with all 10 episodes now streaming on Netflix.
Season 4 adapts Michael Connelly’s The Law of Innocence and throws defense attorney Mickey Haller, played by Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, into his most personal and high-stakes legal battle yet as he fights to prove his innocence after being framed for murder. The season also stars Becki Newton (Lorna Crane), Jazz Raycole (Izzy Letts), Angus Sampson (Cisco Wojciechowski), and Neve Campbell (Maggie McPherson).
Roman Mitichyan is an Armenian-American actor and former MMA athlete known for roles in John Wick: Chapter 3, The Morning Show, Kidding, Trauma Center, Furious 7, and The Promise. In The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4, he portrays Aram, a local community figure with ties to the unfolding investigation. Mitichyan’s presence adds grit and authenticity to the narrative as tensions rise in Mickey’s legal fight.
“Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time, be good or be good at it,” said Roman Mitichyan.
Edgar Damatian plays Hayk, a character whose storyline intersects with the main plot and highlights the complexities of family and cultural identity in the face of legal scrutiny. Damatian’s work expands the world of the show by giving voice to an Armenian-American experience within the broader fabric of the series.
Michael Goorjian appears in Season 4 as Alex Gazarian. Goorjian’s character, first introduced in Season 2 under a different name, is a construction business owner whose associations draw federal attention. The role continues Goorjian’s history of strong character work, and his presence remains one of the series’ most compelling recurring arcs. Goorjian is also known for his Emmy-winning work, and as the writer, director, and lead actor of the acclaimed 2022 film Amerikatsi, in which he stars as Charlie, an Armenian-American who returns to Soviet Armenia and ends up imprisoned.
