The Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) is set to expand its educational and development initiatives to Armenia’s Syunik Province with the launch of a COAF Smart Center and Smart Farm agricultural complex in Goris.
The Armenian government officially allocated 57.7 hectares of land to the project during a Cabinet meeting.
According to Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, the new facilities will serve several thousand children aged three and above, offering programs in technology, arts, and creative skills. In addition, vocational training opportunities will be made available to individuals over the age of 18, creating pathways for lifelong learning and professional growth.
The COAF Smart initiative, which has already proven successful in other regions, is designed to promote innovation, education, and community development through state-of-the-art infrastructure and tailored programs.
