Growing up, I never saw many Armenians in this space, so to be here now, contributing to music at the highest level, is something I take a lot of pride in. This is for the culture, for the community, and for everyone chasing their passion. I feel we as Armenians have so much to offer to the rest of the world as far as art so I hope this win can inspire fellow Armenians to make their mark in pop culture as well,” Zabounian told Zartonk Media.

“Used to dream about this when I lived in my studio in West Adams!! Best Rap Album for Doechii, which I had the honor to produce on. Shouts to Cheyenne Chaves and Devv at Top Dawg Entertainment for taking a chance with me in that meeting,” said Zabounian on social media.
