Azerbaijani Forces Continue To Fire At Armenian Homes In Syunik’s Tegh Border Village, No Casualties Reported

NewsArmeniaAzerbaijani Forces Continue To Fire At Armenian Homes In Syunik's Tegh Border Village, No Casualties Reported

On April 8 at 10:50 PM, Azerbaijani Armed Forces damaged the roof and window of a residential house in Tegh village in the Syunik Province as a result of an irregular and non-targeted fire, reports Armenia’s Internal Affairs Ministry.

No civilian or military casualties were reported.

As previously reported, On April 8, Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire at two Armenian combat positions in Armenia’s Syunik province, the first at 10:50 p.m. near the Aravus border village and the second at 10:55 p.m. near the Khoznavar border village, reports Armenia’s Defense Ministry of Defense (MoD).

Armenia’s Defense Ministry also refuted more disinformation spread by Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry that On April 9, at 10:40 a.m., the units of the Armenian Armed Forces fired upon Azerbaijani combat positions in the eastern border zone, which does not correspond to reality.

Easter today, Armenia’s Defense Ministry informs that Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry disseminated another false statement, which doesn’t correspond to reality: On April 8th, between 11:35 p.m. and 11:45 p.m., the units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia opened fire toward Azerbaijani combat positions in the southeastern part of the border.
