From September 5, bread will be sold in Stepanakert with coupons, their distribution will start from September 4. Half a loaf of bread (approximately 200 grams) will be sold per person, reports the Ministry of Social Development and Migration.

To get a coupon it is necessary to have personal identification and public services documents, to show up at the coupon issuing points, which will be open from 10:00 to 18:30, taking into account the schedule of the lights being turned off at each of the coupon issuing points.

In order to avoid queues, it is preferable that one person from each family presents the originals of the identity documents of all family members (birth certificate or passport in the case of a minor child) and social service number.

The locations, days and electricity cut-off times on those days are presented. Since the coupons are numbered, the Ministry of Social Development and Migration will inform every day about which coupon number the bread will be sold on the given and the next day. Information on bread sales points will be provided additionally.
