Azerbaijan’s military opened fire into the air near Artsakh’s Occupied Shushi, said Gegham Stepanyan, Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Artsakh.
The Artsakh Defense Army took appropriate precautionary measures resulting in the shots from the Azerbaijani side stopped.
Stepanyan contacted the authorized bodies to find out the circumstances and no consequences have been reported thus far.
