Moscow and Ankara want to contribute with joint efforts to the normalization of practical cooperation between Baku and Yerevan, said Russian FM Sergey Lavrov after meeting with Turkish FM Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Antalya, reports Armenpress.
“We agreed to closely coordinate our efforts for assisting Baku and Yerevan to solve the practical issues related with the normalization of relations, focusing on the strengthening of confidence measures,” said Lavrov.
A wide range of international issues, including the situation in Syria, Libya and Nagorno Karabakh, were discussed at a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Antalya.
Mevlüt ÇavuÅŸoÄŸlu said that Ankara and Moscow will continue cooperation in the production of Russian “Sputnik-V” vaccine. The Turkish Foreign Minister added that during this touristic season they will do everything possible to protect the health of Russian tourists.
