“There must be an agreement with Aliyev and Turkey, these two cannot be eternal enemies. We are already endangering our existence,” he said.
According to him, it will be possible when any state or structure solves the Karabakh issue. “I do not know how the issue will be resolved. It does not depend on us anymore! It is over. Do not wait for any Armenian to say that I can solve the Karabakh issue. There is no such thing, this is a dream, it is a delusion,” he said.
