Fifteen Armenians are returning from Azerbaijani captivity, announced acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the election campaign in Gegharkunik province.

Pashinyan mentioned that he would speak about it in more detail in Gavar, expressing hope that before that the prisoners of war would already be in Armenia.
