“Armenian Mother” Monument Unveiled In Tuscany, Dedicated To Armenian Genocide Centenary.

Today, the “Armenian Mother” monument was unveiled in Tuscany, Italy and is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, informs the Armenian Embassy in Italy.

The monument was sculpted by Vigen Avetis and is currently on display in front of the Tuscany Cavrilia Community Council. Vigen Avetis created the image of a mother who protects her children in the four corners of the world.
