On January 27, the Armenian Government announced that soldiers wounded as a result of the 2020 Artsakh War will relieve financial assistance in the amount of 500,000 AMD (about $1,000) in 2020, informs the Government of Armenia.

Around 6,000 citizens are expected to benefit from the program. The assistance is meant to alleviate the financial difficulties caused by the servicemen’s temporary incapacity to work due to the injury.
