Notable Azeri blogger, Kamil Zeynalli has been awarded medals from the Aliyev administration. Zeynalli was seen participating in the beheading of an Armenian elder during the latter stages of the war.
Zeynalli, who also is a frequent blogger, instigated violence and skirmishes against Armenian in the diaspora, notably in Russia and Ukraine, during the July 2020 skirmishes.
