DiasporaThe National Assembly Of France Calls On The French Government To Recognize The Republic Of Artsakh.

Eight days following the historic vote from the French Senate calling on France to recognize the Republic of Artsakh, France’s National Assembly follows suit.

The resolution affirms “the urgent need to reach a final settlement of the conflict guaranteeing the lasting security of the affected civilian populations and the implementation of a process of peace and recognition of Artsakh”.

This vote in the National Assembly supports that of last week in the Senate and sends a strong message to the French government. It is time for France to recognize the Republic of Artsakh and thus put an end to the expansionist and genocidal tendencies of Erdogan and Aliyev.
