Today, on November 30, the Governor of Armenia’s Syunik Province Hunan Poghosyan submitted his resignation, his assistant Armine Avagyan confirmed the news to Armenpress.

“Hunan Poghosyan has tendered his resignation, but at the moment he continues to perform his duties until a respective decision by the government is made,” Avagyan told Armenpress.

Poghosyan was appointed Governor of Syunik in October 2018.
