The Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Barkev Martirosyan, suffered a heart attack a few days ago.
“The Archbishop said that he does not want to say anything at this moment, how many days he is going to go abroad for surgery in the near future,” the website wrote.
He said that now there are other issues that he does not want to talk about yet, now he is busy with his treatment issues.
It should be reminded that during the war, the Archbishop did not rest. He not only appealed and encouraged the people, but also urged the international community to take steps to stop the Artsakh war and save lives.
