Throughout the night, Azerbaijani & Turkish forces kept the cities of Stepanakert & Shushi under intensive fire, per the Armenian Unified Infocenter, Armenian Ministry of Defense.
As a result of the rocket attack, several houses were set on fire in Shushi and mass destruction is all that remains of the capital. Rescue workers of the State Emergency Service are working at the scene.
According to preliminary data of State Emergency Service, there are 3 killed civilians, per Artak Beklaryan, Human Rights Defender, Ombudsman of Artsakh.
