Today, at around 6:10 pm, Azerbaijani Armed Forces targeted Armenia proper, firing artillery shells at the positions of Armenia’s Armed Forces in the village of Davit Bek in Syunik, per Shushan Stepanyan, Spokeswoman of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
1 civilian was killed, 2 others were wounded and are being transferred to the hospital. Civilian houses are also destroyed, per Arman Tatoyan, Human Rights Defender, Ombudsman of Armenia.
