Today, Azerbaijani Armed Forces targeted civilians in Artsakh, killing 53-year-old Armo Avanesyan in the Khnushinak village of Martuni.

67-year-old Seryozha Tsatryan was also wounded as a result of a shell that exploded in the Arajadzor village of Martakert, per the Artsakh Human Rights Ombudsman & the Armenian Unified Infocenter.
