Azerbaijan is currently striking Artsakh’s Stepanakert with heavy missiles for the first time today. They continue targeting civilian objects, while the International community continues empty calls & statements, per Artsakh Beklaryan, Human Rights Defender, Ombudsman of Artsakh.
Azerbaijan began striking other communities on Artsakh killing a peaceful resident in the village of Shosh.
