HAPPENING NOW: Azerbaijani Armed Forces are currently bombarding Artsakh’s Stepanakert, Shushi & Martuni along with various other large rural communities, per Vahram Poghosyan, Spokesperson of President of Artsakh.
In the recent hours Azerbaijan started striking not only Stepanakert, but also Martuni, Shushi & other towns/villages of Artsakh. In Stepanakert a house was burnt, there’re other damages, too, we’re checking.
The ceasefire regime isn’t being maintained at all & it wasn’t maintained all day long. Azerbaijan made artillery strikes in northern & southern directions.
