Today, Azerbaijani Armed Forces began bombing Artsakh’s capital Stepanakert civilian population with heavy missiles (cluster bombs), per Armenian Unified Infocenter.

Earlier in the day, Azerbaijani Armed Forces launched a large-scale offensive in the southern sector of the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan, which included reserve forces, a large amount of military equipment, tanks and artillery.

Artsakh Defense Forces inflicted significant losses of manpower and materiel on the enemy. The large-scale Azerbaijani attack on the southern front line hours ago is the latest futile attempt to achieve any sort of result.  Spokesman for the President of Artsakh Vahram Poghosyan

The enemy also continues to ignore the security of civilians on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Our forces continue to methodically destroy the assailant’s fighting capability.
