Today, at 2:35 a.m., an Azerbaijani UAV began striking the center of Artsakh capital Stepanakert targeting the civilian populated areas.
This was reported by Edgar Elbakyan, an Armenian political scientist in Stepanakert, Anush Ghavalyan, Office of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh and by Irina Safaryan, Assistant to the Chairman of the Artsakh Parliament. Links provided on website.
