In the following post published on Nikol Pashinyan’s Facebook page reads:
Dear compatriots!
Now, by the decision of the government, martial law and general mobilization are declared in the Republic of Armenia. The decision will enter into force upon publication.
I call on the personnel attached to the troops to report to their regional military commissariats.
For the sake of the homeland, for the sake of victory.
