Intelligence from the Ministry of Defense confirms 4000 Turkish-backed Syrian militants have arrived to take part in Azerbaijan. 81 so far have been killed, reported by the RA official emergency situations account. This is a not a new phenomenon as Azerbaijan recruited mercenaries from Chechnya during the Nagorno-Karabakh War.
