An Azeri put the video on his Instagram story saying, “This is an Armenian cafe in Kiev. It’s [the fire is] a gift from Azeris.” Azeris across the diaspora especially in Moscow, Russia and Kiev, Ukraine are targeting Armenian individuals and Armenian businesses in a response to Azerbaijan’s failed military offensives and futile attacks against Armenia.

The failed attacks against Armenia are causing great losses on the Azeri side, including: human losses, and technological/financial losses. The greatest loss is the loss in spirit and morale by the Azeri side, which has manifested itself in acts of aggression and violence against peaceful Armenians across the diaspora.
