Today live on Facebook Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the official dinner following the inauguration of the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, in which they were without masks.

Pashinyan reminded – it took place within the framework of legal regulations established in Artsakh. “Now that we are talking about the overcrowding in banks, we are not talking about taste, but about breaking the rules. No law has been violated in Artsakh. It’s the azeris are responding to so called violation in such a manner, also some inner circles do so. We need to understand that this is not a health problem, because the Ministry of Health is doing what it can, and even more, “said the Prime Minister.

As for the observance of anti-epidemic rules in Armenia, the Prime Minister said in this regard. “Since I became Prime Minister by revolution, now I have to use the “spetsnaz” (Special Police Force), beat and torture people in order to keep order ?. How do I do that? I’m not used to it, I came with another culture of communication”.

“We can deal with criminal circles in that way, but how can we treat our own people like that?”, the Prime Minister asked.
